After choreographing Janet Jackson's hit video for 'Control' and earning an EMMY® Award for her dance and choreography work on 'The Tracey Ullman Show,' in 1988 Paula Abdul launched her own music career by signing with Virgin Records.

Abdul's debut album spawned massive hits in its title track ”Forever Your Girl,” and “Straight Up” rocketing her to stardom. Paula released her second album, “Spellbound”, in 1991 and her third, “Head Over Heels” in 1995.

By 2000, Abdul had released two No. 1 albums and six No. 1 singles, and won a GRAMMY® Award. Her albums have sold more than 30 million copies worldwide.
