AMERICAN IDOL judge PAULA ABDUL has purchased a new jacket for her pet Chihuahua dog - for $290 (GBP 161).
The former chart-topper picked up the high-priced DONALD PLINER shearling jacket for her dog while buying leashes and collars for her four-legged friend.
Pliner usually designs shoes favoured by celebrities, but explains, "Dogs have become just as important."
