Paula Abdul has paid out $900,000 (£562,500) to a woman who alleged a broken pathway at the singer's home caused her to trip and fall while filming scenes for the singer's now-defunct reality show Hey Paula.
Jill Kohl sued the TV star in 2009 over claims she tumbled down Abdul's driveway because the path "was in a dangerous and defective condition".
She sought damages from Abdul and the studios behind the TV series, Bravo Television and NBC Universal - and has now settled the case.
Kohl's lawyer Robert Rodriguez Clayton tells Tmz.com Abdul has agreed to pay $900,000 over the incident, while his client will receive a further $100,000 (£62,500) from the show's production company.
